Delivery costs will be added to the cart upon checkout. The prices displayed at checkout are inclusive of delivery to the address chosen by you.

Currently, we only ship to postcodes within the UK.
All orders will be shipped using a tracked courier service.

On the final day of your rental period, simply pop the headpiece back into its original packaging and return it via tracked delivery.

You must provide us with a tracking number for your Products once you have posted it back to us. We recommend you post the Products back to us using registered post with both tracking and insurance.

Additional costs will apply for each day that the Products are late to be returned to us after the end of the hire period. No amount of additional costs paid will limit or otherwise affect your obligation to return the Products to us.
